The MedVilla office is located in a small village just a few minutes from the vibrant beach life of Guardamar del Segura and close to the many new construction projects on the Costa Blanca.

The interior is modern and elegant, with a lot of use of natural materials. Our office is a professional and stylish environment where you as a customer feel welcome and at ease.

Together with you, our team will map out your housing needs... your ideal location, your budget, how you want to buy - privately or with a company, etc. We will organize your viewing trip to Spain and, if desired, we will also book your flights, hotels, etc.

Finding your dream on site is the task of our team. All Belgians and Dutch people who live, work but above all enjoy the area where you want to buy. They will therefore give you real advice based on their local knowledge of the region and know the villas and apartments for sale like no other.
