Since this year, MedVilla is no longer on the various real estate fairs such as Second Home Expo etc ... but wishes to donate the amount of the investment in those fairs to our customers. We give every direct MedVilla customer a furniture check.
The promotion consists of a furniture check worth 2% of the purchase price of the new build property.
Furniture and quality can be chosen at HACO furniture in Rojales, where you will also be assisted by an interior designer !!

How does our furniture check promotion work?
- Register your information above - Send it before May 15, 2019
- Book your viewing trip - Visit the region and find your dream home with MedVilla.
- Reserve your new build property - Sign a purchase agreement before July 31, 2019 and pay the corresponding reservation deposit
- Receive your furniture check - When the purchase is completed (at the notary), you will receive the furniture check.

- It is a promotion that has a limited validity and cannot be combined with other promotions or previous purchases made with MedVilla. The validity of the promotion is included on both days from 1/03/2019 to 15/05/2019
- The furniture check is handed over to the notary (according to the conditions stated above) when the purchase of the home is completed (key transfer at notary).
