Comparing Q1 & Q2 2018 with Q1 & Q2 2017 we will see a price increase in the Communidad Valenciana of + 3.4% . It is interesting to see how the prices of today are related to the price level just before the 2008 crisis. 

Tinsa, the main national operating appraiser in Spain, indicates in the Comunidad Valenciana is still one 's difference of -46.5% with the highest value so far in 2008!

You could draw the conclusion that a good entry point : the way up is reinserted and there is a big difference from the last measured peak.
